Tik Viral Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Tik Viral account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform — including the Game Lobby, Bingo rooms, Sports section, or the Tik Viral mobile app — you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you complete registration and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence.

Tik Viral reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all users to revisit this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on Tik Viral, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions apply.
• You are registering voluntarily and not under duress from any third party.
• You are not on a self-exclusion list maintained by Tik Viral or any partner programme.
• You are not employed by Tik Viral or any of its service providers in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• The information you provide during registration — name, date of birth, contact details — is accurate, current, and your own.

One account per person, household, device, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

Tik Viral reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily held until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Tik Viral are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier:

• Bronze / Silver: Standard processing, typically within 48 hours.
• Gold: Express processing, typically within 24 hours.
• Diamond: Priority same-day processing for most withdrawal methods.

Tik Viral does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals requested without meeting any applicable bonus wagering conditions will be held until requirements are met.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

Tik Viral offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, and device.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity window will expire automatically.
• Tik Viral reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through matched betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated play with other accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

The VIP Programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Weekly cashback percentages and other tier benefits are detailed on the VIP page. Cashback is credited as real balance and is not subject to additional wagering requirements. VIP tier qualification is based on activity volume and is reviewed weekly. Tik Viral reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefits with reasonable notice.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Tik Viral's Sports section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules published on the Sports page.
• For Cricket and PSL markets, if a match is interrupted by weather and does not resume within the stated timeframe, bets on the match result will be voided and stakes returned. Markets on innings totals or player performance that have already been settled will stand.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to current odds at the time the bet is placed. Tik Viral does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout an event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per settlement period. These are shown on the relevant market before you place a bet.
• Tik Viral reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or events outside our control.

Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, abuse arbitrage opportunities in bad faith, or manipulate markets through coordinated betting activity is prohibited and will result in bet cancellation and account review.

6. Game Lobby, Bingo, and Casino Rules

Games available in the Tik Viral Game Lobby and Bingo rooms operate on certified random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel. By playing any game on the platform, you acknowledge that the house edge is built into the game design and that outcomes are determined randomly.

Bingo room rules, prize structures, and ticket pricing are displayed within each room before purchase. Once a bingo ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded. Any technical fault during a bingo game that prevents fair completion will result in the affected round being voided and ticket costs returned to participating players.

Tik Viral reserves the right to remove or replace any game in the lobby at any time. Game availability may also vary depending on your device and the app version you are running.

7. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — login ID, password, and any two-factor authentication method — secure and confidential. Never share your password with anyone, including Tik Viral staff. Our team will never ask for your password.

Any activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you formally notify Tik Viral of a security breach. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Tik Viral operates reasonable security measures to protect account data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats. You should use a strong, unique password and avoid accessing the platform on shared or public devices.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tik Viral and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person, including minors.
• Reverse engineering any part of the Tik Viral platform, app, or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Tik Viral staff through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

Tik Viral is committed to promoting responsible gaming habits among all registered players. We provide the following tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-ups showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

These tools are available to every account holder regardless of VIP tier. Tik Viral encourages all players to set a personal entertainment budget, never chase losses, and treat betting and gaming purely as a leisure activity — not as a source of income.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Tik Viral — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of Tik Viral or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tik Viral will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or third-party payment provider delays.

Tik Viral does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. Tik Viral's total liability to you in any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Account Closure

Tik Viral may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally. Remaining balances will be returned to your verified payment method after standard security checks are completed.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account activity, or the application of these Terms, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.

Tik Viral does not hold or claim any government-issued licence, regulatory approval, or official endorsement from any Pakistan government body. Users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to online betting and gaming in their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Tik Viral may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised date shown at the top. For material changes that significantly affect user rights, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform, following the process described in Section 12.
